Todd was amazingly patient and thorough and helped to confirm that the heat strips on my two Mitsubishi Hyper Heat ducted heat pumps did not work. I spent the past 2+ years telling my original installer that, and it seems they just kept blowing me off. Todd was able to determine that one of the heat strip units was not even hooked up! The other one is still a work in progress as I was already planning on upgrading from a non-communicating zone board to a fully communicating one by Airzone. I am so relieved to have one of my systems finally working properly and to be working with a company that takes my issues seriously.
