Air Butler Heating And Cooling

We had a great experience with Air Butler from start to finish. Previous owners of our home had converted the garage to a large living space but had not addressed the heating and cooling, creating a nice big room that was cold in the winter and hot in the summer. The aged HVAC system rattled, roared, leaked and wheezed. We asked Charles at Air Butler about updating the HVAC system and he checked out the house to see where improvements could be made. He offered us several options with a proposal that was very detailed, and he patiently answered all our questions. They scheduled the work for the following week, showed up right on schedule, and worked diligently and expertly. Our new HVAC system, furnace and air conditioner, is blessedly quiet, and now that room is the same temperature as the rest of the house. Air Butler has the best communication of any trade we've worked with in the past 8 years. They answered their phone or promptly return calls. They used email and texting to keep us up to date and share information. We recommend Air Butler to anyone who wants the job done right the first time.

We were impressed with the efficiency and expertise of all individuates from Airbutler during the replacement of our furnace. From Sandy, who was very friendly and eager to work out the best schedule for us and even replied to our after hour communications. She is very capable and wanting the best outcome for a very uncomfortable situation. (Living in a cold house.) The guys were knowlegeable and took the time to make sure we were comfortable with what was required to replace our old furnace. Replacing our old furnace was not easy in that they had to work in a crawl space about four to five feet tall. They were very respectful and friendly. They came early and worked all day to make sure we would have heat in our home. We would highly recommend airbutler to others.

Very happy with my service! This was my first time needing service, and I'm new to the area, and was very worried about getting ripped off as I was picking a company at random. Quite the opposite here as the cost was extremely reasonable and I felt they were extremely trustworthy. The repair person was very nice and friendly. They also send a picture of the repair person that will be visiting you. I thought that was a nice touch. This is my go-to company now! So glad I picked right!
