Jason was very kind when contacting him. He came to my home and discussed the dangers and risks of having the old garage door and springs from the 1950's. The bottom of the door was rotting as well. He was not pushy nor did he apply any pressure to purchase a new system from him. His professionalism and demeanor was genuine. He quoted a fair price for all the work needed to be done for a whole new install. One week later, Roger came and did a complete rail and garage door install. He was very professional and kind as well. Roger worked his butt off getting the job done correctly. I called when we couldn't get our garage door to come down. I assumed we would need a new opener. Jason consulted with me over the phone. He explained all the possible causes and gave me a list of things to try on my own. After about 10 minutes, the garage door was working again! It didn't cost me anything!
