Service was good very professional at all 3 phases of service that I had done. Installation service was fast and good. The only issue I have is that when my door frame was put back together the caulk job is horrible. The old caulk was not removed and new clear caulk was installed over the top of white caulk. Did not clean dirty hand prints off of wall.

From Veronica Smith regarding AccuTemp upgrading my electrical services: Dedication: D'Vante Butler deserves the following praise as he is an "Outstanding" ambassador for Accutemp. - Baton Rouge Permit Office denied the permit the first day. Mason was out of the office so D'Vante did "Excellent" job ensuring the work met Baton Rouge permit standards. He labeled the electrical panel and installed the smoke/carbon monoxide detectors. By doing so, the Permit Officer praised D'Vante work and approved the permit. - After waiting almost 36 hours for Entergy Electrical company to come restore my electricity, an Entergy truck passed by my house around noon on day 2. D'Vante followed the Entergy truck and convinced the technician to turn around and turn on my electricity. Entergy technician appreciated D'Vante notifying him of the need for support. Entergy technician apologized for the wait and quickly restored our electricity services. - D'Vante cleans up after completing jobs and is extremely courteous. My mom, 89 years old, was very pleased and appreciated is politeness and neatness displayed. Persistence: - Alexis overcame scheduling misunderstandings and continued to work with/scheduled Baton Rouge Permit Office inspection for the initial and follow-up inspections. - Whenever I called with a concern Alexis quickly and professionally resolved the issue. - Alexis also kept me informed.

After having a 82nd surprise birthday party for my grandmother, the children came to my house to play the game and watch TV. Two of the girls was rough housing and one of the girl fell in the tub and broke the faucet from the pipe behind the wall. I immediately started calling plumbing services in the area and AccuTemp was the first to answer and schedule an appointment for the following morning. I was informed the technician would be out btwn the hours of 8a-8p, so I just knew it was going to be later in the day when they came out. To my surprise I received a call at 7:39 from Allen informing me he was on the way and was 30-45 minutes out. I was more than happy, just by knowing it wasn't going to be the waiting game for him to arrive. When Allen arrived my Aunt met him for me as I was at wk and did not want to take off on such short notice. Allen called me once arrived and explained everything he going to do prior to doing it, which I greatly appreciated. Once Allen accessed the plumbing situation I had going on, he called back and explained what needed to be done to fix broken pipe and the cost of the repairs. He also informed me of the $25 per month membership that includes two free HVAC inspections per year, free safety electrical evaluation and plumbing, and the 15% discount that is taken off with every repair thats needed. Allen was very informative, professional, knowledgeable, and I would definitely use this company again for all my repair needs, especially Allen for all my plumbing issues and repairs.
