Terrius was great to deal with and honest. I’m a first time customer of accurate electrical solutions and I can’t say anything but very good things about this company. I feel they were very professional, knowledgeable and gave fair pricing. The work was top notch. They ran wire from my electric box to install 2 baseboard heaters in bedrooms that had no heat. I called Accurate this morning and spoke to Terry. He was so patient and helpful, walked me through several steps and determined that it appeared to be a Com Ed issue. I called Com Ed and he was 100% right. Com Ed was out and Doug replaced wires at the pole and everything was running within an hour and a half. Huge thanks to Terry for his patience, his 100% spot on diagnosis and above all, his honesty. Although I didn't need his service today, I'm absolutely adding Accurate to my contacts as my electrician. ❤
