My furnace stopped working late Sunday night, and after calling and leaving a message for the company that originally installed it (McClaren Heating & Air Conditioning), I received no response. I reached out to several other companies, and Paul from Accurate HVAC Services immediately replied and said he could be at my home within 45 minutes. He arrived even sooner—about 30 minutes later at around 9:00 PM—with another technician and quickly got to work. Within 30–45 minutes, they diagnosed and fixed the issue, and my family was warm again. Paul was professional, knowledgeable, and his pricing was very reasonable. It’s now 2:00 PM the next day, and I still haven’t heard back from McClaren. Paul’s quick response and excellent service have absolutely won my business. Had our boiler go out in the middle of Winter. Paul came over the same day we needed a quote to checkout what needed to get done, and he gave us a super reasonable price for getting the whole boiler replaced, and his team got the job done within the week. Highly recommend Accurate!! My furnace went and me and my daughter was left with no heat. I made a call to Paul and he came right out. Paul was very personable and professional and the price was great. Paul followed up with a text to make sure the heat was working well and also sent me recommendations to save on my heating bill.
