Ramiro and Jason came out to fix two issues that were stressing me out. ive been using aaa auger for years now and ramiro / jason will be my go to plumbers (since big fred has left AAA auger). both dudes were excellent and both dudes knew what they were doing - expensive but very fair pricing. they found a copper pipe leak in my ceiling and fixed it and fixed a hose bib outside. 5*. aaa auger please give my guys a bonus. they came to my home in north dallas.
My wife and I have now used AAA Auger three times in the last 4 or 5 years, and all three times have been pleasant experiences. First off, I like that they don't charge you just for an estimate. Their prices are reasonable anyway, and we've never had any surprise charges at the end. Most importantly, the fixes that they do stay fixed. We have recommended AAA Auger to friends and will continue to do so.
After hearing from David Cross at this company I am hoping my disappointing experience detailed below is a "one-off." I have adjusted my rating in hopes they will do better in the future. Had the misfortune of meeting Dwayne (sp?) Davis of this company today. First he parked head on against our mailman blocking his clients driveway parked the wrong way on the street he inched up closer onto my property after the mailman left. At that point he was parked diagonally with the back of his van over 18 inches from the curb but he still traipsed across my lawn several times to get to the driver's side door. After he had been there over an hour I'd asked if he'd be "much longer?" He replied "no" - I said "good." Went to pick up my daughters...35 minutes later he's pulled directly in front of my house still parked facing the wrong way. My dogs were going nuts. If he had just parked the direction of traffic he wouldn't have been a nuisance but courtesy or professionalism is not this man's forte. He told me to call his office so I did - they have my name and number. Hope AAA Auger starts encouraging their employees to park in the correct direction and not against traffic as well as teaching customer service to their employees who need a refresher.
