A-1 United Heating, Air & Electrical

So we were under parts warranty with the which is why we contacted them. We had our home built 2 years ago and one of the dampeners that they placed went bad. We told them this and they told us the part was covered but labor would be $160/hr. Ouch, but okay. After many hours the nice gentleman could not find them. We need to contact a friend of ours to assist him in located the dampener that they placed! It was in the wall behind what appeared to be a return vent. The man tried change different things and wasted more time until finally replacing the dampener. After costing over $460 (mind you the part was under warranty) and now the zoning doesn't work and the dampener makes a squealing noise!!! So I have a dampener that hopefully works but doesn't do its job and large bill and house venting system that was zoned and now doesn't work. Thanks for nothing. I would call them to try and have them remedy their issue but I don't have any trust in them.

Joseph was great! Easy to talk to and explained everything in a simple easy to understand way. He was super nice to me and my 3yr old daughter as well. He recommended getting a twice a year maintenance amd explained why and I completely agreed. I never once thought he was just trying to get mote money put of me by recommending it. He explained with the age of the system and how he could tell it wasn't serviced as often as it should be it would cost us more money because it would run more often and not be efficient. He was a great guy and they seem like a legit company

We had a new furnace and ac installed. Having worked in the home building industry for almost 20 years I had worked with A1 before, so I knew we would be getting good quality workmanship, and I was not disappointed. The tech, Chris Brannen, was very efficient and polite. I highly recommend A1.
