Highly recommend this HVAC company. Gil was very nice and professional and easy to talk to. Our heating furnace was not starting and was acting funny, when it did start it would not stop even if the desired temperature had reached. Gil listened to our problem and scheduled a technician (Mark) the same day to come to our house and fixed it the very same day. Now our furnace is working well and the house is warm. We had called someone else prior to him and the attitude of that company was appalling. The main thing the customer wants is good customer service which I received from 365 Kool. It is hard to find a good hvac company. From now on, I will only be using the services of 365 kool.

My new “go to!”! I wound highly recommend 365 Kool. My AC unit began leaking & I called to request an appointment. Because it’s summer & a busy time of year, I thought I’d be lucky to have a Technician come out in the next week (or two). They were able to send a gentleman within HOURS! Gil was very professional and knowledgeable. He pinpointed the problem & was able to fix it in under an hour! He took the time to explain everything to me which I appreciated. Thank you!
