365 Mechanical, LLC

365 Mechanical recently completed an update and home electrification project that compliments my existing solar array. Chris Billman provided expert knowledge of state-of-the-art options during the design and conception phase of the project balancing a complex set of variables. Marissa and LaDonna in the office provided regular updates and communicated timelines along with coordinating the project but also helped to research, identify and secure multiple rebates and grants that assisted in financing the endeavor. The installation team of Aaron, LJ and Austin arrived on time, communicated throughout the installation process and were very amicable. They began by protecting all the floor surfaces with tarps and were careful when loading bulky and heavy equipment in and out of the house. The team went the extra mile by ensuring that cables, hoses and pipes were installed in an unobtrusive manner to maintain aesthetics and positioned equipment to ensure easy access to filters and displays. Upon completion the team left the work areas spotless and Aaron reviewed the operation and maintenance of the equipment in addition to ensuring the WiFi connections were established and that my devices were connecting to the hardware. I am confident that the team will be here to assist with maintaining the systems into the future. The 365 Mechanical team sets a high standard for other companies to strive for and are truly a start to finish full service company.

Dan from 365 mechanical stopped by today to clean and check our furnace. He was very thorough and very informative. I learned a lot about how to keep my furnace in good shape. I joined their comfort club which gives you extra benefits if you do have a problem.

The team at 365 Mechanical is top notch! On the phone and in person, everyone there is so helpful and friendly. As part of their new yearly maintenance club (highly recommended!), Dan checked and cleaned my furnace today, and resolved what could have been a major issue with the exhaust that I hadn’t been aware of. He did a super thorough job, and he always explains how things work which I really appreciate! I couldn’t be happier with this company.
