Wesley responded immediately upon receiving a call from us. It was the weekend that was freezing cold and our heater went on the blink. He was very knowledgeable and was able to get it up and running albeit the fact that it was 25 years old and in need of replacement. He gave us a very reasonable estimate for the replacement and we were able to get a quick appointment in order to get a replacement installed. He and his worker Terrell ( sp) did a very thorough job with the removal of the old unit and the installation of the new one. I highly recommend this company if you find yourself in need of repairs and/or installation of heating equipment.
Super nice people! I was so dang stressed about having to buy a new furnace. Zach was an awesome guy—he came in, did his thing, and delivered the bad news (I needed a new furnace—cracked heat exchanger). He tried to show me on the camera, but the camera couldn’t pick it up. I already had a feeling it was the heat exchanger, so it was no shock. But he asked what my budget was and built a quote around me. The office ladies are awesome—just all-around great run company. My go-to from now on!
